Fashioning Fiction in Photography since 1990, Cedric Buchet, photographer

Yesterday for our seminar we had to discuss our feelings, thoughts, the themes, the language of the text Fashioning Fiction in Photography since 1990, during the session, Adam passed around the book which accompanied the exhibition for this essay.

The book was amazing and very inspirational, I literally could sit there all day with lots of coffee, a muffin and the book, blissfully flicking through the pages, no rushing....gorgeous.

Anywhoo, the photographer Cedric Buchet, really stood out to me from the book, the work that he put forward for this exhibition looked stunning. The photographs really made the reader aware of the subject that wasn't really focused on and I love this. When Buchet took the photograph the fashions in the image were halfed, or you saw glimpses of them rather than a full on image.

So I decided to have a quick gander at some of his other works; im thankfull that we got to see this book and that I was able to be introduced to a fantastic photographer..
